I want you to be a successful as you can be meeting your business and lifestyle goals. This requires us working together regularly on your business. It is my job to pull you out of the day to day running of your business so you continue to concentrate on achieving your goals; acting as a sounding board; using my expertise to your best advantage. If you only want to see an accountant once a year to complete your tax return you are not getting the best value from me. 

I use my experience of over 30 years in businesses, ranging from small to very large, to initially run a critical eye over how you do business. I will challenge you if I think there is a better way, question you about how and why you do things, so I get a better understanding of you and your business. The better I understand you and your business the better the solutions I can offer you.

As your coach I will move you from looking at past results to creating your future, mapping out how you will get there. 

I have a Master of Business Administration and have worked in operational roles such as customer service and general management. I have lead teams ranging from 4 to over 200 in several different industries. I certainly do not claim to be an expert, but I have a wide range of skills to support you.

The end result will always be making sure your business has information that we both understand and you can work with.
